Located Miami, Sunrise, West Palm Beach, Vero Beach, Fort Myers FL. Our five fully equipped and accredited labs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Our technicians are FDOT and CTQP qualified with many years of experience. All together management has over 100 years of experience in all aspects of asphalt production, quality control, construction, inspection and forensic analysis.
LABORATORY & FIELD SERVICES
ALL the technicians dispatched from our five locations are FDOT, ACI, and CTQP qualified with many years of experience with FDOT, FAA, and local agency specifications. We inspect asphalt, soils and concrete in whatever capacity is required. This can be quality control, verification, independent verification or as a consultant.
Asphalt Inspections
Our technicians are FDOT and CTQP qualified with many years of experience. All together management has many years of experience in all aspects of asphalt production, quality control, construction, inspection and forensic analysis.
Soils Inspections
Our fully equipped and accredited soils lab is set up to test construction materials and quarry products. Our technicians are FDOT and CTQP qualified with many years of experience. Our management team participated in the development of the current FDOT specifications. We have qualified instructors and have taught CTQP soils qualification courses.
Equipment Calibration
We are pleased to offer a full line of calibration services to our clients. Our calibration equipment is National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable and we can furnish copies upon request.
Concrete Inspections
Our technicians are FDOT and CTQP qualified with many years of experience. Our management team participated in the development of the current FDOT specifications. We have qualified instructors and have taught CTQP concrete qualification courses.
Aggregate Inspections
Our fully equipped and accredited aggregate testing lab is set up to test construction materials and quarry products. Our technicians are FDOT and CTQP qualified with many years of experience. Our management team participated in the development of the current FDOT specifications. We have qualified instructors and have taught CTQP aggregate qualification courses.
Engineering Analysis Reports (EAR)
EAR (Engineering Analysis Report) - CTI is one of three commercial labs in Florida approved to perform asphalt EAR's for evaluation by the FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation). An EAR is used by the Department to determine the disposition of questionable material. CTI also performs delineation testing to determine the disposition of material if an EAR is not required.
